Here’s something I made a while back that I don’t believe I’ve posted about. Leading up to the 2004 US election, I did one of the more popular faux Bush campaign sites. Singlehandedly. I’m not bragging, I’m just amazed that I was able to actually do that much work without going insane.
Most of it is still online in an archive, so if you’re interested I’d love to have you over. Enjoy.
(In fact, if you want to see something fucking amazing — go to the domain it was located at, GWBush04.com. I let that thing expire, and it was a different site entirely for a while, but the current owner has scraped an earlier version of my content from the Wayback Machine (I assume) and then haphazardly thew it up there and plastered it with ads. Seriously, everything there is stuff I did. I’m not sure if that’s really funny or infuriating. Either way, they’re doing it wrong.)
