New Tumblr feature
Psst. Top secret Tumblr feature in the works. I can’t say much, but since it’s going to show up on Valleywag tomorrow anyway, I think I can spill a little.
Tumblr Karma. Basically, when you do good things in your life — away from the computer — you’ll gain followers. When you do something bad, you’ll lose them. Yes, I’m a beta tester. They’re still working out the bugs apparently, but I lost a ton of followers first thing this morning just after refusing to give a homeless dude my last dollar. Freaky.
