I saw the George W. Bush and Laura Bush portraits at the National Portrait Gallery over my vacation (sans Disaster Girl). George’s is interesting, especially when viewed as part of the complete set of presidential portraits.
Directly to the right of Dubya are the portraits of Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, and Ronald Reagan. Take a look. One of these is not like the other. I’m not going to hate on Bush II because he’s going with the casual-friday-chillin-on-the-couch-what-me-worry look, but it’s a stark contrast.
