One day in 2008, Kia posted David Lee Roth’s vocal track from a studio recording of Van Halen’s “Running with the Devil.” Later, I chopped it up to create a track of nothing but Diamond Dave screaming incoherently, which you can hear above.

It is beautiful, is it not?

Then:

  1. At some point last night, I changed my ringtone to this audio track.
  2. I forgot I did this.
  3. My phone rang this morning and it scared the living shit out of me.
